Sugarloaf

Joe spent a week at Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp.  Here he is with his trombone after the concert.  His major was Jazz Ensemble.

Philmont

Joe and I have been doing some more hiking.  Our latest adventure was a twelve day backpacking trek at the Philmont Scout Ranch near Cimarron, NM.  The Ranch was given to the Boy Scouts in 1938 by oil baron Waite Phillips.  Lots of history there, but suffice it to say it was a privilege to be at Philmont, and an experience that I will cherish.

Grace was said before every meal.

for opportunity

for friendship and fellowship

we thank thee, O Lord - amen
